Prices are based on information supplied and may not include minor customary charges for additional services (ie sweeping roof, minor repairs and reattachments, parts, etc.).  Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning reserves the right to reassign a more accurate price if the information supplied does not accurately match the job scope and parameters. 
ALL PRICE CHANGES EXCEEDING $35 WILL BE DISCUSSED WITH THE CUSTOMER PRIOR TO ANY WORK BEING PERFORMED.

If there have been any substantial modifications to your home such as: Structural additions (new home extensions, detached garages, pavilions, cabanas, gazebos, etc.), additional gutter covers, gutter screens, gutter foams and/or Solar Panels on your roof, there will be additional charges to your requested service.”
